After diagnosing the problem, for a small fixed fee of £20/£30, I shall recommend to you the remedial action(s) to make your PC better. Usually the remedial work is carried out on a “no fix no further fee” basis. I shall let you know in advance if this is not the case. No intentional unnecessary chargeable work will be made. Where it is better value to buy new than repair I shall advise. You computer may be taken away for further work.
